I recently had my entire rooftop HVAC unit replaced by Kidzz Mechanical, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My old unit developed a refrigerant leak, and after getting multiple quotes, I chose Kidzz because of their honesty, responsiveness, and overall professionalism. Jeremy and team were great. They offered a competitive all-in quote of $12,376, which included crane service, a new digital thermostat, full system installation, and most importantly—a 10-year parts and labor warranty. On top of that, they waived the $700 leak detection fee once it became clear the system needed to be replaced. That alone showed me they actually care about their customers, not just closing a job. They also offered a future-proof unit with R-454B refrigerant, which I really appreciated, since most other contractors were quoting older systems with phased-out refrigerants. The install was fast—completed in about two hours—and the crew was clean, respectful, and professional from start to finish. In a world full of contractors who overpromise and underdeliver, Kidzz Mechanical did the opposite. They earned my trust and respect, and I’ll absolutely be calling them again for any HVAC needs in the future.

I recently had a great experience with Kidzz Mechanical! I am a military veteran, attorney and have owned both residential and commercial properties. Here is why you should hire them over other companies. I deal with contractors all the time. Far too many of my experiences are not good. Sloppy work and they disappear after the check clears. For this project I decided to use Kidzz and I am so glad I did (our project was to remove a floor furnace and mini splits and install a dual fuel heat pump, which included cutting holes for vents in our wood floor – so no small task). Miguel was the team boss. He was terrific. Answered my questions and kept me updated on what was going on. The entire team were excellent workers. All of them were pleasant, on time and cleaned up after themselves (and Christi and Alecia in the front office are also great to deal with). One of the owners, Jeremy, stopped by on the final day to inspect the work to ensure everything was done properly. The next day I thought that something might not be right (everything was okay), but what’s important is that when I needed Kidzz to come back, Jeremy came right over. That’s customer service! Kidzz was just terrific – and we’ll use them again for sure! Do yourself a favor and be smart and call Kidzz! Thank you Kidzz!

This is belated, but super happy with our experience with Kidzz Mechanical. Jeremy came out to evaluate our mini split system. His patience, expertise, and experience got our system running well again. What we appreciated was his advocacy for simply cleaning the existing system and not pushing any unnecessary service, parts, refrigerant on us. Chad came out to check over my system. My google nest was acting up and couldn’t get my heat to turn on. Chad very quickly resolved the issue and left me scratching my head. Absolute legend! This review is for Kidzz Mechanical for the visits that we’ve had so far: HVAC system estimate (Derek), HVAC system installation (Jeremy), HVAC annual inspection (Charles), and plumbing issues and faucet installations (Tony). Kidzz Mechanical has been excellent! Derek was very helpful and respectful, explained things well, answered questions, and provided a good estimate on the HVAC system we wanted to install even though it was not one that they normally install and the estimate was with no-interest financing, Ecobee thermostat, and warranty. Jeremy installed the system with someone else (can’t remember his name) and they were both respectful, efficient, thorough in their work, and came early and ready to make the most of the morning. They also went to get the bricks that they needed to put the AC correctly outside so that it would be supported and the person working with Jeremy came back later to pick up the materials and trash from the installation and he also offered to put in the air filter. Jeremy honored the Ecobee thermostat that Derek had included in our estimate even though the thermostat was not in the paperwork for our installation/did not normally come with the HVAC he was installing. Kidzz also provided and picked up the ladder that was needed for the inspection, coordinated the date for the inspection, and followed up on the incorrect certificate that they pulled for the inspection to correct it. Charles came for the annual inspection and he was on time, very respectful, answered questions and clarified the annual inspection requirements for the warranty, and did a good job. Tony was on time, polite, efficient, kept the area where he worked clean, and picked up the area he worked in when he was done when he came to work on our plumbing issues and faucet installations. He also came early the next day when the faucet installations were leaking. We appreciate that he took the time to make sure that the issues were resolved and appreciate that Kidzz/Tony corrected the issues with the installations they had done without charging us again for another visit since the issues were with the previous work that they completed. There was also an issue with the work that was done in the first plumbing visit and after I called regarding the issue, we were scheduled for appointments where Jeremy came to check if he could help with the issue when Tony could not make it and then Tony came on another visit to fix it and they did not charge us again for it. It showed that they care about providing quality work that is done correctly when they do it. Christi was helpful and respectful the times I called for questions, follow up, scheduling, etc. The emailed scheduling confirmations, emailed invoices and receipts, etc. are good to have as well. Overall, wonderful customer service and great job! We would call for future HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical concerns and do recommend. Thank you!

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic! Above and beyond… He took pictures and showed me everything I needed to know About my swamp coolers. He took the extra few minutes to explain to me the things I needed to know about its operation and maintenance, Although only a few minutes, it was wonderfully useful information that nobody ever took the time to share with me before! This company is the BEST !! My new swamp cooler was installed by Victor, Miguel, and Preston. All three were so professional, upbeat, and kind. They answered all my questions during installation, hauled my old cooler away, and were absolutely delightful folks. Jeff, the Kidzz salesman, even came with them to introduce me to the workers.
